Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Inkmigo's website and services. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Inkmigo provides online print ordering services, including professional graphic design included at no additional charge with every print order. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Payment is due at the time of ordering and is processed through Stripe.
Orders enter production only after you approve the design proof. We cannot accept cancellations or changes after proof approval.
Inkmigo includes professional graphic design with every print order at no additional charge. This service covers:
The free design service does not include: completely new design concepts after the original scope is established (subject to our discretion), photography, illustration work requiring licensing, or designs requiring licensed fonts or assets not provided by the customer.
All designs created by Inkmigo designers become your property upon completion of the order.
If you supply your own design files, you are responsible for:
We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied files that were approved for print.
If your order arrives damaged or materially differs from your approved proof, we will reprint and reship your order at no cost. You must report the issue with photographic evidence within 7 days of delivery.
Reprints are not available for:
You represent that you own or have the right to use all content you provide or upload to Inkmigo. You grant Inkmigo a limited license to use your content solely for the purpose of producing your order.
Inkmigo retains the right to use completed designs in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing at the time of order.
You may not submit designs that infringe on another party's intellectual property, contain illegal content, or violate any applicable laws.
Estimated shipping times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Inkmigo is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inkmigo's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the state in which Inkmigo is incorporated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
